I’ve always thought that when the stomach is bloated and all you want to do is burp, is because there is too much stomach acid and you just need to drink something milky. When I was told by a friend to drink fresh lemon juice mixed with warm water, I didn’t believe him at first since I always thought lemon or anything citrus is acidic. I did try eventually and was pretty surprised; it works!
Apparently, lemon juice helps with bowel movement. I have no idea how drinking lemon juice can get the wind out of my stomach but it relieved the bloat. Another such home remedy is by drinking ginger ale or ginger tea. For instant relief during a stomach ache, you can take a mixture of mint juice, lime juice and ginger juice and drink this mixture for instant relief.
However, if any pain persists, see a physician as soon as possible.
