We all love to party, but sometimes our body just can’t keep up with our spirits.. literally. The next day is always filled with pain and the most natural reaction is to swear never to drink again. That works too, but if you want to cure your hangover, there are a few ways to do it.
Fluids You are feeling queasy paired with a massive headache is because you’re dehydrated from too much alcohol. Drink lots of water, fruit juices and sports drinks such as Gatorade or 100Plus.
Sleep Obviously you partied till late and you are now exhausted and lack of sleep. So the best thing for you to do is to rest and give your body time to recover.
Alka Seltzer Even my aunt swears by this. Apparently, Alka Seltzer brings out the “wind” that is making your tummy feel like a washing machine.
Panadol and water before sleep I’ve tried this and surprisingly, it works! I drank about 1 bottle of water (cold water makes it easier to swallow) and 2 panadol before I slept and the next day I either did not have a hangover or only suffer from a mild one. Be warned that this is not the solution for everyone though.
Of course, the best is control the party animal in you and maybe you might still wake up feeling human instead of a mass of goo.
