Actress Michelle Yeoh Raises Awareness for Osteoporosis
In conjunction with World Osteoporosis Day, Anlene is holding a three day ‘drink to your bones’ event at Sunway Pyramid (19-21 Octoboer 2012). This is done to help create awareness to the importance of maintaining strong and healthy bones through diet and exercise.
Present at the opening of the event was international celebrity and Malaysia’s own, Datuk Seri Michelle Yeoh. At the event, she spoke about her thoughts on the health of our bones along with telling the fellow Malaysians to be more aware of the importance of health and ‘drink to their bones’ as they took a toast to the healthier lifestyle.

Anlele has conducted more than 200,000 free bone scans to Malaysians over the last 12 months. Upon analyzing the data that was collected, Anlene came up with a startling discovery about Malaysian men. Around 40 percent of men and women over the age of 30 are high risk of poor bone health and they are also at risk of developing osteoporosis.
