Whoa, mama! Check out the “Oops, I Did It Again” singer on the cover of Women’s Health January-February 2015 issue. The mother of two looks smoking hot and totally fit as she shows off her abs in a very tiny neon bikini.

In the interview for the magazine, Spears talked about her diet habits, fitness regime and what keeps her to want to stay fit.

“After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape,” she revealed. “But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise.”

So how does she keep fit and what is her routine? According to Brit, she loves dancing for cardio, participating in Totally Drenched classes and of course, swimming. She keeps that toned body of hers in shape by including some power yoga and light weights with cardio into her routine. All this without a personal trainer. So, what’s our excuse?

“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” Spears tells the magazine. “I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
