Step 1: Start off with the dressing of your choice. You can go with from a simple vinaigrette to a chipotle dressing. Anything that you’re in the mood for.

Step 2: Add your base layer that won’t soak up all your dressing. Try chick peas, sautéd red bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots or pretty much anything that’s whole and solid.

Step 3: Continue layering your go-to snack with more healthy ingredients. Remember to pack the latter lightly otherwise it’s gonna be a mess when you eat it. Plus, it’ll make your salad last longer.

Pop on the lid, slide it in your chiller and you’re all set! If you want slip in some protein in your jar salad, it’s totally fine. But, make sure that jar with protein in consumed as soon as possible as you don’t want the other leafy greens to get soggy.

When you’re ready to have the salad, pour it in a bowl and lightly toss your salad so you can incorporate the ingredients with your salad dressing. Bon appetit! 🙂 P/S: Strictly Delicious have salad recipes that you must try!
