Let’s Take Up #The21DayMission Challenge For A Healthier Lifestyle!

Mission Foods has unveiled #The21DayMission, a healthy movement to help you mould your way to a healthier diet and lifestyle. It is scientifically proven that it takes 21 days to create or change a habit, hence, Mission Foods has teamed up with nutritionist Alexandra Prabaharan and fitness guru Dave Nuku to create this programme.

To participate, all you have to do is access Mission Foods Malaysia’s Facebook page, like and subscribe for daily fitness and recipe videos that will be sent to you for the 21 Day Mission, which will go live on May 9th 2016. There are also prizes to be won, so don’t miss out!

The official launch of #The21DayMission was held at Glasshouse at Seputeh and was graced by Prabaharan and Nuku. Alexandra shared a short demo on her recipes that will be featured in the recipe videos, and Dave shared a few tips on a simple yet effective workout anyone can do.

This initiative from Mission Foods came just in the nick of time within World Health Month. This campaign aims to introduce and educate the general public about practicing a healthy lifestyle. It’s really no hassle at all if you have a positive mind and the right determination.
