This surely isn’t for the faint hearted, but assuming that earrings and ear cuffs aren’t permanent enough for you, there’s always the option of a helix ink.
The snazzy new trend involves getting a tattoo on the upper-outer curvature of the ear, and it’s been getting increasingly popular thanks to tattoo artist Zihee from Seoul.
His floral designs are subtle, ultra feminine, and to be frank, we dig them too. Look how pretty the climbing vines are!
Perhaps you could first test the waters by applying tiny temporary tattoos along that area on the ear if you’re contemplating getting the real deal.

Tattooed a frickin' ear, recently.. that was interesting. Apparently not painful.. Super simplistic little vine with blossoms. Healed great. Thanks Tiff. An experience for both of us 🙉 #HappyBirthday Chica! #eartattoo #helixtattoo #earlobetattoo ¿ #somethingdifferent #uniquetattoo #okilldoit #illdoanythingonce #youwannagetstabbedwhere ¿ #birthdayink #greeninkeverywhere

On the more edgy side of things, you could always ask your tattooist for a more abstract design on the same ear region that’ll be sure to gain you some cool points.
