While athleisure is still alive and well, it’s relatively easy to run out of interesting ways to actually make those leggings and spandex activewear look good beyond the gym.

Luckily for us, Nike‘s newest ambassador, FKA Twigs, is giving us some major inspiration for styling all that athletic garments in truly unexpected and boundary-pushing ways. Lest there be any hesitation that the singer is the cultural innovator of the modern era, her new collaboration with Nike should settle the score.

The American sportswear giant has revealed a kickass campaign for its brand new performance leggings, Zonal Strength Tights, which was entirely concepted, created, and cast by the campaign’s creative director, FKA Twigs. It’ll make you see that iconic swoosh of the workout gear in a completely fresh light. The musician stars in the ads too, alongside athletes she handpicked including track and field runner English Gardner, Olympic fencer Miles Chamley-Watson, and dancer Saskia Horton.

Different athletic activities affect different muscle groups. With that in mind, Nike’s newest Zonal Strength Tights feature compression zones built directly into the base fabric, targeting key muscle groups to reduce muscle vibration for an efficient workout, without restricting mobility.

For those who hit the gym, Nike Zonal Strength Training Tights provide enhanced support and muscle awareness in the core, glutes, quads and hamstrings. A high-rise waistband provides additional core awareness, which is integral for all training activities, from low impact like yoga to high impact cross training, as well as flat seams to allow zero distractions.
