1. Graze, Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Treat your other half to a 4-course meal exclusively curated by in-house Chef Darius Seitfudem of Graze. The specially curated four-course set menu starts off with a gravlax of salmon and double boiled chicken consommé before a choice of main between the oven-baked Atlantic black cod fillet and the broiled chilled beef tenderloin. With savoury and sweet creations, the Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room is available from the `4th to 17th February 2019 from 2pm to 6pm whereas the 5-course menu of Alaskan King Crab, Wagyu Oyster, 36-Hour Slow Cooked Short Rib or Braised Cod Fish is exclusively curated by Executive Chef Pedro Samper.

Begin your night by sipping on tasty tipples at the Lounge before heading over to the CÉ LA VI Restaurant for the Valentine’s Day set comprising fresh oyster, sashimi, foie gras, lobster bisque, a main of Australian Wagyu, pan fried duck breast or tuna cheek, and decadence in the form of a Japanese choux pastry with a wasabi ganache and sesame gelato. 5. Nobu Kuala Lumpur

Spend quality time with your partner while overlooking the panoramic elegance of the city at Nobu Kuala Lumpur with premium Japanese-Peruvian flavours and ingredients via its Valentine Omakase. The 7-course gastronomical experience includes cured salmon, grilled wagyu beef, Bottarga, dry miso pop corn, roasted Romanesco, truffle rice and a strawberry pavlova with vanilla ice cream for that finishing touch.

This Valentine’s Day, WIP goes right back to the beginning of time by taking cue from the first Man and Woman, Adam and Eve. The menu extends a sinful 4-course meal which starts off with a butternut squash and apple soup, followed by a citrus mixed berry salad. Choose between the Pommery salmon or Tenderloin with berry coulis for the main, and finish it off by taking a bite out of the Forbidden Fruit – an apple confit parfait served with Häagen Dazs strawberry ice cream. All this is served alongside a specially crafted cocktail called the Garden of Eden.
